Neringa
Between October 3rd – 7th 2022, teachers and students from four of the partner schools participated in the first mobility of the project in Neringa, Lithuania, organized by Neringos gimnazija Lithuania. The topic of the LTT meeting was " Moving towards a clean and circular economy. Fast fashion, freecycle". During the five days of activities, students and teachers focused on reusing, upcycling, freecycling strategies and successful projects, learning about the impact of fast fashion and consumerism.
Lublin
Between 07.11 – 11.11.2022, teachers and students from partner schools participated in the second mobility within the project, in Lublin, Poland, learning, training and teaching activity organized by Ogolnoksztalcace im. Unii Lubelskiej w Lublinie. The activities had as a central theme „Accelerating the shift to sustainable and smart mobility”. The activities during this LTT focused on green and eco-friendly means of transportation used to minimize damage to the environment.
Mazzara del Vallo
Between 06.02 – 10.02.2023, teachers and students from partner schools participated in the third mobility within the project, in Mazara del Vallo, Italy, learning, training and teaching activity organized by Istituto d'Istruzione Superiore Francesco Ferrara. The activities had as a central theme „From farm to fork. Designing a fair, a healthy and environmentally – friendly food system”. As part of the Green Deal, the EU Farm to Fork Strategy seeks to rethink the whole food value chain in order to improve its sustainability at each step: from production to consumption.
Suceava
Between 27.03 – 31.03.2023, teachers and students from partner schools participated in the fourth mobility within the project, in Suceava, Romania, learning, training and teaching activity organized by Colegiul Economic “Dimitrie Cantemir” Suceava. The activities had as a central theme „The European Green Deal – turning an urgent challenge into a unique opportunity”. The activities during this LTT focused on informing the students about the European Green Deal and its action plan, understanding the climate change and its impact on individuals and society.
Gymnasio Chalkis
Between 23.10 – 27.10.2023, teachers and students from partner schools participated in the fifth mobility within the project, in Chalki, Greece, learning, training and teaching activity organized by Gymnasio L.T. Chalkis. The activities had as a central theme „A zero pollution ambition for a toxic-free environment. Plastic and water pollution. Ways of eliminating pollution”. Zero pollution action plan (towards zero pollution for air, water and soil) is part of the European Green Deal strategy.
Aveiro
Between 13.11 – 17.11.2023, teachers and students from partner schools participated in the sixth mobility within the project, in Aveiro, Portugal, learning, training and teaching activity organized by AEVA – Associacao para a Educacao e Valorizacao da Regiao de Aveiro. The activities had as a central theme „Preserving and restoring ecosystems and biodiversity”. The EU biodiversity strategy for 2030 aims to help recover Europe’s biodiversity by 2030.
